I have been doing a lot of thinking recently, and my views on so many things have begun to change. There has been a lot weighing on my heart and I really feel it needs to be shared with all of you out there. I feel I am becoming more comfortable with how I feel about certain things I believe in regards to the church and our purpose. I wasn’t sure at first if these thought/views were “ok” to talk about. Would I tick off some other Christians? Would I be stepping on some toes? Well, frankly right now I don’t really care. These things need to be said, they need to be discussed.

I will be starting a sort of series here, I know what you are thinking, I have tried to do this before and it never worked out. Well, this time around it will… I hope. i think this one is different because I have a sort of passion for this topic right now. I can not stop thinking and talking about it. It’s a very serious topic for Christians to look at. This may change the way you look at church, maybe even politics.

The series will be called “What if Jesus meant it”. I will be going through many of the things Jesus said throughout the New Testament and discuss what would change if we really believed that he meant what he said. Let’s face it, he said and did some pretty radical things. I hope you guys get as much out of this as I have. I am really looking forward to the discussions we will have.
